The sp is not so much downward as sideways. Treading water until something orgasmic happens. The market is perhaps rating arq on future earnings, which means a new exploration success - current earnings seem to be factored into the current sp.
Without a dividend, arq will have to lift earnings considerably to attract strong market interest. Maybe one day it will surprise us with a dividend and a concomitant sp surge.
