If it is the SAM report, I wonder if ASX is scrutinizing it to try to disallow it as over-reaching? Another mis appropriation of power perhaps. Or, are they sending it out to their mates, the big end of town to get a big look at it first, knowing the usual 20 minutes are not enough?

On the other hand, it could be a speeding ticket, but I doubt it.
