We refer to our discussions with the ASX this morning and we note the significant rise in price and
volume in the Company’s securities yesterday.
The Company’s geological and technical team has evaluated the Sub-Audio Magnetics (SAM) survey
in relation to Morris Creek tenement near Cloncurry and along with other technical information
produced a report to the board which was received last evening.
The report is currently being finalized by the Company’s geological and technical team and the
announcement about the report will be made to the ASX as soon as it is finalised.
The Company confirms that in its view, it is fully complied with its disclosure obligations as set out in
listing rules 3.1 and other relevant listing rules.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any other information that may explain the rise in price
and volume.
