Justin,I made my first entry to the stock market 56 years ago. Although I have always hoped to make a profit I have in the past (including CTP) bought because I understood the geology and I made my purchases on my estimate of the potentials. I am not a trader I am an INVESTOR and therefore did not view the Stockmarket as a casino. If you think about people in my situation you might understand why I would not be always thinking of averaging down although I have done this in the past. It is investors like me that have started and maintained companies so that "smarties" can make overnight killing.
