still issusing options at current strike price

Incredible isn't it! Options are still being issued at today's strike price - where is the incentive?

You would think that any employee options would be issued at 20-50% (or thereabouts) above the current strike price.

Give them at least an SP target to work for that isn't just a giveaway. Doesn't give me any comfort when the above occurs.

Am I incorrect in thinking this way?
