Back in the early days AS was suppose to get shares/options when the SP got to $2.20, 4.40 and 6.60 if my memory is correct. It didn't happen. So to compensate him he got 6M UNS last year I believe. The inventors also got caught out a bit and the company squared up with them last year or the year before.

Yeah it gets a bit annoying. As soon as a company has a fair jump in SP the Directors can't help themselves to give each other a good bonus. Happens in all companies.
