when you invest in the stock market you face a number of system risk.
fraud, bad management, market manipulation etc..etc..
if you cant handle that put your money in the bank and stop bitching about system risk and waste space..
No once force you to buy the stock so when you do accept the risk and deal with it.
Serious investor like me don't care if stock is manipulated or XXX factors, we factor that sort of thing in stock price called the margin of safety.
