You've made a good point about those 2.5 million options. They've probably already been promised to facilitators of the deal they are trying to put together. Even at .89 a share, those options are .39 in the money, and the incentive is there to get this deal going.
Obviously I have no inside knowledge, I'm stuck here in America trying to get all the info I can on various web chat sites. I have to think this thing is going to work out sooner rather than later. The clock is ticking on this deal.
