Not sure if the legal advice here is to do with anything relating to the subordinate notes that holders have but it seems bbipl is still functioning and we can only hope that money will come our way one day after all the legal eagles have a crack .Recieved a letter the other day with some updates but mostly it seems its still a long process .bbipl leanding this money to rgl to my way of thinking is our money! Have to follow the trail i guess but to my understanding it was raised by bnb then lent to bbipl lent back again to the branches which is where we are now maybe?
