Frankly, I think the current management has to be sacked. M2 and nextgen were acquired last year. Either they managed them so badly that they produced bad results or they acquired some kind of 'DOGS'. Over $1.5 billion of impairment is really unheard off. From the financial, I felt they left most overseas operations unhedged. Further, it seems to me that there were some kind of information leak a day before bad news were released.
