I only hold a few stocks and rely on some freinds in the world of finance to guide me . So I read these posts as part of my own research.
I have some questions some of you may be able to answer.

If someone made an offer for the company would it make sense to do it prior to agm for voting reasons ?

And if so how much notice do the shareholders have to have for it to be placed on agenda ?

With my limited knowlege it would make sense after the recent 27% sp rise. the timing seems right .

Maybe I am on the wrong track and I hope you dont mind my asking .
