Today is going to be a very interesting day for MHL. On the one hand, they're back to "square one", but remember what the SP was at square one before the JV was announced? On the other hand, why did Sentry pull out? Or did MHL pull out? We really need to know the reason to form any rational judgement of a fair SP for MHL now.
There's too many questions right now -- (i) maybe Sentry saw crap surveying results and didn't want to invest? (ii) maybe Sentry doesn't have enough money or their major shareholders didn't approve of the deal? (iii) maybe MHL knows it can get a better JV partner in light of the latest surveying results?
Who knows! We really need to see the ann. from MHL.
