Always good to review the agreement/announcement re IOT & AWO, which has a section on page 4
re 16 Nov 2015 being important dates... Offer is STILL conditional, so maybe there is a "...everything is negotiable all of the time.." issue arise where participants "take another view" or "wanna get a bit more ..regardless" and the halt/suspend is the champion of the cause trying to hold the box & dice together so it won't collapse...
This might well be why the market hasn't moved much as "..those in the know" have held off buying as the various dates have loomed and its only conditional after all at this time...
IOW: Its all up for review and lets hope they have cool heads to hold it together and move forward...
