he can exercise his options when ever he choses before they expire??
Tell me if he does exercise all his options and has bought these doesnt that show he just wanted to get more of something he belives in??
Its all speculation and time will tell. The only reason I can see why he may not exercise his options is if the price of pen falls below 3 cents before the expiry date??
