To believe it is anything else but a prop, is illogical because if it was purely an investment, he would have exercised $50k of his 3c options.
The only trouble with that is the holders are so wary of his actions, they might perceive that gesture, as the total amount of options he is going to exercise.
So that brings us back to why he doesn't lead by example and exercise all options NOW . . . . surely the signal that action would send to shareholders outweighs any interest forgone, especially in the current market.
