Thanks for contacting the company and appreciate the feedback.

There is no doubt in my mind there will be an update - just maybe not the one the market wants. They have missed these deadlines before and I think they will miss again this quarter. Sometimes past performance IS a determinant of future performance. I suspect it will be an 'update' which goes … 'yep, what we meant to say was HY19, not Q119'. All is on track and negotiations are continuing etc - but we will not be in a position to move forward just yet'.

I don't mind this - if it is true - but it might well be another broken promise, missed deadline or whatever you want to call it. I am happy if the negotiations continue into the new year, but would want a solid explanation for the delay.

Fingers crossed - but not holding my breath
