They are obviously in discussion / negotiations so there is no point in making any sort of announcement to the market without a clear position as to what is going to happen with the company. In addition Directors may be worried about personal ramifications so they could also be structuring their personal affairs to limit their exposure. Like HIH directors/ one tell / ACR etc. I dare say they are trying to get a complete sale of the business which would meanit could relist as a going concern and leave those in charge with money in their pockets and all responsibilty transferred to new owners. My opinion only based on my personal thoughts. Read red stuff below.
