To push the SP down so consistently, there must be at least one or more of our substantial shareholders selling a considerable number of shares.
However, the last notice from a substantial shareholder was on 8th February? Who is selling and where are the substantial shareholder notices?
On the 8th Feb, SLR management announced that there had been a number of substantial holders selling stating "These announcements do not reflect a sell down in Silver Lake shares, but reflect a movement in the substantial holders’ percentage holding due to the change in Silver Lakes share capital with the completion of the Scheme of Arrangement with Integra Mining Limited (“Integra”)".
Perhaps its about time that management commented on who is selling (they have this info)and provide their rational for the selling. If they could confirm that a capital raising isnt on the cards near term, that would give the nervous punters some comfort.
