angers, fairly common for shareholders of the takeover company to sell when they get their new shares in the suitor company, and that can go on for some time. Whilst it's all individual to each company, UML, as an example, went from about 12c after the takeover of another company, to about 6c. LionGold saw this as an opportunity, and took a major shareholding in UML. I recall SLR being considered as a takeover opportunity "when things were beautiful", but was considered too expensive. Notwithstanding POG, SLR may have more takeover attractiveness now. There will always be an adjustment period when there is a takeover, as the market wonders how it will affect the company. SLR just needs to get some good news out about the company- not so easy when POG is a bit messy. Perhaps it can make some good exploration results.
