    I found it useful to listen to the broadcast, where JL mentions a $7 billion project of Vale's was also held up by the national park proposal. I am sure they want Vale's project to proceed, and MUN's approval will just be an afterthought. However, MUN is accident prone, so expect more stuff-ups all along the way. It is a given.
