i didn't participate in the MYR ipo so don't take my words as gospel
MYR was trading on a deferred settlement basis until today (when shares were actually alloted). allotment statements would presumably go out today / tomorrow
the shares will likely be "issuer sponsored" so they probably won't show up instantly in your on-line trading portfolio (like rights issue shares often do).
once you have received your allotment statement you can have the shares shifted to "broker (CHESS) sponsored" if that's your wish - generally takes a few business days to action as your broker will need confirmation from the share registry
sucks to be down on your investment but thems the breaks with IPOs
