HHL buying is good...16 mill fewer shares to come onto the mkt.
16 mill is equal to 1.3% of the company, so if it was a subsrantial shareholder selling they would have to disclose by now UNLESS they are a) ongoing (unlikely because HHL would not have taken that line out when they did) or b) they aren't a substantial shareholder. So now we look at the top 20 from the annual report for anyone who holds 16 mill shares or more and less than 5% and we should have our seller..... 5% = 61.5 mill
