In the latest Annual Report issued on 27 September 2024 on Page 16 in large type font it has the Mining Licence as 5o years. A company can only have such a long duration mining licence in Tanzania if it is a Special Mining Licence.
Further evidence that the SML has all but been agreed and probably just waiting for an official ceremony before being formally announced - which is my guess.
