I can't imagine that what is in the Annual Report as being an error. I haven't noticed this before, but I regard it as good news. This will cover many years of mining at the initial planned rate of production and I would expect should satisfy kFW .
I think that it is the additional area extending to the south over which they are applying for the SML. EGR has commented on progress with this from time to time, with the rate of progress being dependent on bureaucracy but given that the Tanz government have a 16% stake they are clearly incentivised to make sure that eventually happens. The bureaucratic processes in Australia take many years as well with many new projects taking over 10 years. The constant carping by trolls is very tiresome.
I don't think 'misleading' is an appropriate word in this instance.
