Unfortunately not Jonty. The reality is noone knows - I doubt that EGR management have even been given a specific date.
Similar situation to the Framework Agreement signing ceremony two years prior. That dragged on longer than expected and notification of finalised negotiations came well before the formal signing ceremony. At least progress is being made, albeit very slowly.
