Hey Rocky,
People here are touchy about threads as there have been a fair few up and downrampers starting heaps of new threads with little to no value. You post so little that many new holders/posters don’t know who you are - but some of us do know you and recognise you only post when you have something worth saying.
In regard to you comments, yes the SP had been very announcement driven. I guess after a few massive retraces and pump n dumps many investors are cautious. There is also now the question as to “how long can this spectacular growth continue” and “how much will the growth % decline”. Obviously we saw stellar SP growth regularly when the growth was always beating consensus.
So the question now is: are we at fair value - which seems to be debatable relative to current growth, macro climate and of course the old historic PE yardstick. Because there are so many unknowns and management provide minimal updates and guidance the market seems unwilling to speculate too much and therefore announcements are the big price driver. Unfortunately due to our size, new small partnerships, wins, product updates are no longer material enough to warrant announcing- which used to also be price catalysts.
So for now, all the market has to react to is growth & margins - which we receive 3 times annually. If the capital deployment plans are released that could be a biggie too. Luckily for us, over the long term as we continue to grow, so will the share price - as we have witnessed over the last 6 years. Hopefully we have another 6 years of solid growth ahead too!
