this stock is being manipulated by a few very big players who run the stock up and then sell it down just as quickly causing many to walk away from it over the years - they are making hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every time while long term holders just sit and wait for the big announcements which became few and far between while the last CEO was in charge not that the company wasn’t doing well in that time it was but just a different style of leadership which I think saw the confidence in the stock wane a bit
