    IMO
    Greg is running around
    doing the best deal he can get
    "Obviously not completed yet!"
    with no bullets in the gun
    unfortunately,he/VIL is a little
    insecure, and negotiation could
    see us loosing a good chunk
    of FP.

    Hope we can retain keep 40%
