I have a sneaking suspicion that the Darcy resource doubling has a lot to do with the current CR. Could it be possible the resource upgrade changed the negotiations on this CR? If so, then it would be a little more understandable why it's taking so long.
Pure speculation of course - we will find out soon enough.
