re: budget a blast for mcg with costello cutting GDP to 3pct growth = means less pressure on interest rates, plus billions in a superannuation invest fund which will most likely target Aussie infrastructure ie pif map mcg ... plus tax cuts for high income (these are the big equity investors) looks very positive over the near term for the asx.
