Continues to look better in terms of risk vs reward with recent news imo all is going better than what is being released behind the scenes. Calidus Resources has made no secret that they prefer to release news with substance rather than fluff . They have mentioned past examples such as DCN when trading close to $ 3 , news which followed did not meet market expectations and the stock price tumbled down to around 40 cents before slowly improving back over $ 1 . Technically looking much stronger , even in this market . Last week when stocks were severely beaten down , volume sell down to 22 cents was minimal , major volume was in the mid to late 20 cent range , closing at 27 cents . Yesterday as markets again were decimated , CAI finished very well , closing in the Green . Today's selling has again been with low volume , bids constantly being adjusted . Buyers are lurking , Sellers seem to slowly be realizing that this is not just another gold explorer with little chance of becoming a gold producer . The question is will Calidus Resources be taken over before they join the approximate 80 Gold Producers around the world. At current Gold Prices this could be around $ 100 million cash flow per year . Market cap has a long way to go before being even close to fair value , forward thinking market will realize this going forward and that is were stock price predictions from analyst mean nothing as stock prices rarely make sense with major developments and news , over shooting one way or the other .
