Hi Brian,welcome on board! I’ve seen your postings and reviews on other stocks and have always read them with great interest. Regarding DCN and GCY, they stuffed up with not having enough gold in the ground. In addition, poor hedging with too small a margin turned out to be fatal. GCY also had a large strip ratio.
CAI will have a much larger margin and they have been deliberately conservative in their estimates. In addition, they will be doing more in fill drilling to make sure the same doesn’t happen.
i would be happy for them to take on more debt given the current share price. Like I said, they have a huge margin with the current gold price being $1500/oz above the PFS AISC.
