mine was through comsec... then just yesterday, I received the ASX paperwork (dated 18/03/2020) which shows that my holding was off the record as it was due to "Movement of Securities from CHESS to Issuer Subregister"...

before that, I had already contacted Automic and they had dispatched my Issuer Number via POST (not available via email or phone)... I got the letter and I have gone to their website and done my part... 48 hours later, I will be able to see if it has all gone through and reflected in my portfolio on automic with other shares I hold through them...
