Heron if you go back and re read the reports you will find the answers to your questions, the delay in mining take off is due to it moving from a single site to a multi site take off, plus there was delays due to the port Lincon port EPA etc. these are some of the reasons,then the sheep hill port came into life, yes some delays but all moving forward.
