    liked the tennis court bit!

Trent2684 - over long term having a house is good, but short term if it can be put off while being able to:

    - muster up a larger deposit (I am talking about ones with good money/finance management)
    - and timing the purchase - picking towards the bottom of the price cycle (right now house market would be kin to saying a stock needs further confirmation to determine its short/medium/long term trend) the risk vs reward is definitely worth it to wait it out and see what happens more so than 3-5 years ago. we would track japan's trend at best given current economic climate.

    will greatly:

    - reduce financial stress over the long term
    - provide enough financial flexibility to live a flexible lifestyle as opposed to being stuck to a certain lifestyle in order to keep things going...

make no mistake..all properties will be affected in some way or another (just the degree)..first, naysayers said Australia is different, then they say their property is different.

    IMHO
