JF capital partners have been happy selling large amounts of stock at much lower levels than this, the 7.6 mil that they sold in July and Aug was at an average price of 91.6c.
They brought about 9 mil in Jan and Feb for about 54c and another 3.5mil on 10/07/09 for 75c so they are not going to go broke selling at 99c.
They don't appear to be that concerned about the impact on the price when selling, they sold 460,000 @ 86c on the 7/10/09 which was almost 1/2 the total volume sold that day so if they a dumping, sorry selling, it is hard for PLA to make a decent move up IMO
