PLA have got the important things right - exploration and development of the rights assets.
The shareholder management issues are annoying but much less important in the long term than developing and operating quality assets at low cost.
If this poor shareholder management and continued exit strategy of major shareholder depresses the SP further, for me it is a great buying opportunity.
