"DCA Group and MIA Group shares rallied after shareholders on Monday approved plans for a $746 million merger that would create Australia's largest diagnostic imaging provider with a presence in all states and territories. The combined entity will have an expected market capitalisation of over $1.2 billion and will comprise over 350 doctors across approximately 275 clinics, and have 2,500 beds under management in 34 agedcare centres (including 2 under contract)."
