Good Analysis. I note your comment about the Brisbane Pub in Perth and as a Sydney resident, I have a question mark about the Five Dock property doubling in value over the past 5 or 6 years to $23m.
Prehaps some others might like to comment about some of the valuations of other properties they know, there might be a pattern about their valuations
