still suspended - anyone know why?

    Anyone got any reasons as to why CIY suspension hasn't been lifted.
    Originally it was because fund hadn't done accounts for December 08 but in March they were supplied.

    Is it because the NTA is negative?
    Does that affect the listing rules?
    Can the fund remain listed if the NTA is negative?

    I have a friend who wants to sell his shares but can't :(
