I wouldn't worry about a debt of $200 million; the big banks won't lose $4 Billion in unsecured loans for the sake of $200 million. They will take up the loan themselves before they let that happen. In fact my guess is the bank is holding out as they know the others will be forced to pay them out. Whether that tactic works or not we will have to see.
