    ....based on their report to market. At 15 cents ORC's cap. is very low given the cash and other assets in the company. So maybe the project (just the main one) is being valued at less than $10 million, whereas OXR, PNA, and others are $100m-1 bil.!!! Lots of upside to come. This is not greenfields stuff but drilled results with reserves.
