Looking at the comments on the play store and there are people losing their credit because they had to re-install the program....STILL...
All this development and over 6 months now and they still havent fixed this one simple thing....What a JOKE honestly....
Why isn't there a FAQ page or something on their website, instead of having to email support all the time...there are quite a few easy, basic things these guys are missing that are wasting theirs and most importantly their customers time.
Products need to work and they need to work everytime without fail...One big issue with the constant upgrades and new directions is that the core of the programs issues never actually get fixed. We are constantly losing customers due to these issues...I really can't believe they haven't fixed the losing credit issue...disgraceful!
