Still the same owner with different name?

I have a feeling Hunter Energy (because its a newly listed company), is actually Redbank (AEJ). Redbank has had a lot of different names ... Whats the chances the old CEO could still be involved?. If this is the case I would steer well clear of this business. They claim it is in "care and maintenance mode" but if you look at the Facebook page dedicated to Redbank you will see it has a family living on site acting as security and no maintenance is being done!!! The mind boggles!!
