1) The govt is aware about esi - it now will qualify for govvy support i believe (being commercial)
2) Maybe traders, maybe the market is fked
3) 0.017/0.018 is the level implied by options and shares at 2c. the arb has now gone.
4)Who cares, ESI will raise lots of $$ in SPP and will be generating cash in the nearish future.
