by resolution I meant spp, but max number of shares to be issued can't be changed. I would imagine after the latest announcement there would be more holders. Obviously with current market conditions it is difficult to know who will participate, if you believe in company it would be foolish not to participate with options not expiring till 2014. How do you think it will be decided how many shares one can purchase in the spp if approved, one to one? What do people think are the chances of the spp being approved, I can imagine the only people not approving are large holders who do not want dilution. Spp would secure future till money comes in from first deal, wouldn't it? Wish I could go to egm, look forward to hearing outcomes and thoughts from the meeting :)
