This was a really bad selloff.

Somebody simply dumped a heap of shares to get out. They are not looking at the POG, just at how the overall market is moving. This is happening to some extent across the other goldies. Non-goldie resource shares are being hit because of lack of stimulus in China and no announcements yet in US/Europe on QE.

I think it is a large seller who was dumping large quantities some weeks ago and wants to reduce their holding to re-allocate funds elsewhere. They were willing to dribble their shares at a higher price but with the market weakness they simply dumped a large quantity.

Wish I knew how many more they want to offload, just out of interest.

A monthly PGI update would be helpful to keep us informed of progress.
