Not wishing to diminish the experience of these guys but a matter of HOW MUCH and WHERE and at what level of authority .

RMS board and management have had absolutely huge experience over the last 5 years developing both open cut and underground (specifically) WA gold mines .

Currently 3 operating pits and 1 underground mine producing .A few more pits and 2 u/g's getting developed (now) .

When they took over EM they improved profitability imediately and drastically and have a record of meeting forecasts .

As mine managers they are reliable and efficient .

On the other hand the debacle with the Mace resource didn't reflect well on the attention to detail by senior EXU management .

I know who I'd rather see in charge of a mine !
