youll likely be holding a position which you cannot move on until settlement for quite some time
which means you will be watching the SP swing around without being able to act
after settlement, it’s likely RMS SP will have taken a hit
there goes your arbitrage
the only reason to accept the RMS offer is if you see the merits in their plan
which from what I can see has not been thought out
we have ZERO indication of costs/budgets RMS are using to make this offer
in the DD process they would have had plenty of figures
yet they just came out to essentially say “EXU no good...RMS good”
they are playing a very strategic game here which still reeks of desperation for Feed
