EXU (and its shareholders) is on a pathway to prosperity in its own right and has been diverted in its mission by a hostile T/O bid by a desperate company hell bent on securing prime gold real estate for a ridiculously low opportunistic bid.

This exercise would have cost both company's in excess of $1.5m already in a wasted effort.

Move on RMS.We are not interested !

This is wierd. You just admitted EXU was 17 cents last year and despite having a great resource (but no money) it hit 7.5 cents recently (before RMS) Then you proudly suggest (quite against all commonsense) that it will easily go back to 20 cents despite being virtually insolvent. What are you smoking ?
